Terms of ServiceHonestly you're probably used to the routine by now so I'll be quick.I am allowed to refuse a commission for any reason, including being harassed, being uncomfortable with the material, being uncomfortable with the client, or the client wanting to use the art in one of many ways that I would not permit. You will know if I have declined your commission, and this will likely always be done before any payment is sent and any work is done. Commissions may be cancelled at any point if the client is making myself or others I know uncomfortable, or if other problems arise. I will try my best to give a refund, however, if I am halfway through the commission, a refund will NOT be guaranteed. Cancelled commissions may potentially not result in the unfinished work being sent. While I try my best to accommodate for all parties to walk away with something, certain factors like suspicion of theft, underhanded practices, or attempts to find "loopholes" in my Terms of Service may cause the unfinished or potentially even finished product from being delivered.Communication for commissions is usually housed in DMs on Discord (CellXLee), however, in cases like DeviantArt, I may ask for the discussion of the commission to stay on the platform due to traffic concerns and proper tracking. If you are here, you can disregard this unless otherwise stated! If you're having trouble contacting me, Discord is my go-to.All standard prices are subject to change due to a range of factors, but these will ALWAYS be made clear before payment and WILL NOT change during your commission. If something comes up and the price needs to rise for one reason or another in order for me to continue, I will try my best to smooth over the situation by doing my best with what is paid, though cancelling the commission may be necessary.Use of my work for profile pictures, banners, or other personal branding REQUIRES credit in a clearly-visible place to your audience. I love my art being used, just please credit me!Most of my commissions are paid for in full before I ever start working on the commission, however, with commissions over $100, you may pay in two parts. One part is paid for before I start and the other half is paid after the commission is completed.

FOR PEOPLE WITH $100+ COMMISSIONSBecause of past experiences with bad clients, when sending proofs, I will send you the image with a watermark over it. As my prices are rising, I wish to protect my work from any potential thieves. As soon as the commission is paid for in full, I can send the illustration to you with no watermark! (if you pay in full early, watermarks will be off for the duration of that commission)

All of my commissioned work (including character designs) are NOT allowed to be resold, reposted without credit, turned into NFTs, turned into merchandise, or otherwise made money off of without my EXPLICIT PERMISSION. Use of my work in AI training or aid in image generation in any capacity is strictly NOT allowed under any circumstances, and doing any of the above, especially without any permission from me, will result in a blacklist against ever getting a commission from me, the artists within my spheres, and potential legal action being taken if necessary.We can figure out pricing for anything meant to be used for these purposes, but without my COMPLETE permission on THAT piece, I WILL take action against anyone that uses my work in these ways. My art, by default, is meant to be enjoyed by the one who commissions it, NOT to be made into a product and sold. All of these can be discussed with me, so don't be worried, but you must have full transparency with me and I will do the same for you.Reposting my work to social media is okay! Just use common sense and credit me when available. Claiming to have created the art will result in a blacklist and, again, potential legal action.Rule of thumb! Be respectful, communicate, and when in doubt, ask!
